Do you offer initial consultations?

Yes. When you request a service, we schedule an initial consultation to understand your situation and confirm the service is the right fit. There's no obligation to proceed.

Can consultations be conducted remotely?

Absolutely. While we welcome in-person meetings at our London office, we conduct most consultations via video call for convenience. The process and quality remain the same.

What information should I have ready?

For pension reviews, gather recent statements from all pension providers, including workplace schemes. Having your National Insurance number and state pension forecast is also helpful, though we can obtain these if needed.

Do you work with clients outside London?

Yes. Our client base spans the entire UK. Location doesn't limit our ability to provide comprehensive pension planning services.

How quickly can I expect to start?

Usually within 5-7 business days from initial contact. Complex cases requiring multiple advisors may take slightly longer to schedule.
