How quickly can you start?

Most service bookings can be scheduled within 5-7 days, depending on seasonal demand and current weather conditions. Urgent requirements may be accommodated sooner.

Do I need to be home during service?

Not necessarily. Many of our clients provide access instructions and let us work independently. We'll communicate any findings or concerns via email with photos.

What about equipment and materials?

All equipment, fuel, and standard materials are included in our pricing. Specialty items like specific plant varieties or large quantities of soil amendments are discussed in advance.

Can you work around my schedule?

We offer flexible scheduling including early morning or weekend appointments when needed. Just let us know your constraints during booking.
